My Story

Life chose me
to do what I do.

There is a particular kind of tiredness that no amount of sleep can fix. A low-grade suffering that has become so familiar, you have started to think it might simply be who you are. An anxiety you cannot explain. A family you love but cannot quite reach, or one that has always felt more like a wound than a home.

The Pain

I was born in a small village in Spain, into a family shaped by constant conflict and silence, illness and loss, misunderstanding, and survival.

My father was frequently ill; my mother, exhausted and devoted, disappeared into his care, which meant that for months at a time, my siblings and I were left with others. A deep anger, disgust and even hatred lived inside me, emotions I didn't fully understand, as though they belonged to someone else. I learned early what it felt like to be adrift. To carry a weight I didn't yet have words for.

What I didn't know then was that this pattern of loss ran far deeper than my own childhood. When I began to trace my family tree, I found what had been hiding in plain sight. My grandmother had lost her husband to cancer, left alone with two young daughters, and pregnant. The baby she gave birth to died only months later. She raised her girls in silence, in grief, in survival mode, and my mother grew up feeling unloved, abandoned, alone. That wound passed to me. And if I had not found my way, it would have passed to my daughter.

My body was the first to speak
what no one was allowed to say.

Digestive problems that doctors dismissed, fevers and colds that never quite disappeared. An anxiety that lived in my chest like a stone. Addictions toward numbing, toward escape. Deep, dark thoughts in my teenage years that I was too ashamed to share with anyone. A relationship with my parents and siblings that felt permanently broken, sharp-edged and fearful. There were periods when I genuinely wanted to disappear from this world.

And beneath all of it, beneath the physical symptoms, the emotional pain, the fractured relationships, questions that burned constantly inside me:

Why? Why do I suffer like this? Why does my body keep breaking down? Why do the same painful patterns keep repeating, in my family, in me?

I left Spain believing I was making a free choice. The truth was, I was running. I didn't know yet that what we carry cannot simply be left behind.

The Discovery

For a significant chapter of my life, as a teacher and residential matron responsible for the education, care, wellbeing and development of 72 girls across a wide range of ages, I became a student of people, of patterns, of what actually heals, rather than what merely manages. That role gave me the sense of family and belonging I had never known, and taught me something no textbook ever could. I learned that behind every child's behaviour, every physical complaint, every emotional outburst, there is a story. A family. A history. A wound looking for a way out.

After more than twenty years of searching for answers, I began to find the disciplines that would help me navigate through pain, disconnection and sorrow: Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Aikido, BioEnergy and Holistic Psychosomatics. And then, the three that changed everything for me personally: Cellular Detoxification Therapy, Biodescodification, and Family Tree Healing.

For the first time,
my suffering made sense.

The digestive issues weren't random, they were the body's response to years of feeling misunderstood, of unprocessed fear and instability. My body had been carrying a profound physical burden it had never been given the tools to release: mercury and heavy metals stored in tissues and organs; parasites, fungi, bacteria and viruses thriving in a system depleted by chronic stress; medical residues, chemicals and toxins accumulating silently in the cells, disrupting my capacity to function, to feel alive, to heal.

The low energy, the loss of motivation for life, the fractured relationships, the anger and hatred I had felt towards my mother, these weren't character flaws. It was an inherited programme, running in my nervous system, my cells, my beliefs, passed down through generations of unresolved grief, abandonment and loss. Held in place by a mindset I had never thought to question: that suffering was inevitable, that love had to be earned, that I was not enough. I had never felt the call of motherhood. But I knew, somewhere deep inside, that I was afraid, afraid that my child's feelings towards me would mirror exactly what I had felt towards my own mother, and what my mother had felt towards hers.

The Transformation

I stopped fighting my history.
And I began to heal it.

My digestive issues cleared. My energy returned. The anxiety I had carried since childhood began, slowly, steadily, to dissolve. I changed the daily habits and routines that had been draining me for years. I replaced the inherited beliefs with something I had never truly experienced before: peace. A genuine sense that life could be wonderful, and that I was allowed to live it.

My relationship with my mother, the one I had believed was irreparably broken, became something I had never imagined possible. Understanding. Respect. Love. The same with my brothers. Now I have a beautiful family of my own, whom I am profoundly in love with. I feel connected to my ancestors. I know they watch over me. I feel my father's spirit with me, guiding me. And I know that is what life truly is: connection and love.

But the most extraordinary thing was what I felt happening beyond me. I felt the healing reaching forward, into my daughter's life, into the future of my lineage. The cycle that had been running silently for generations was finally breaking.

Your Destiny

This work made possible what I once thought was impossible.

A body that finally heals. Symptoms that clear, not managed, not suppressed, but resolved at their root. Energy that returns. Immunity that strengthens. A digestive system that works the way it was always meant to.

A mind that finally rests. The anxiety lifts. The dark thoughts lose their grip. The beliefs that once kept you small, that you are not enough, that suffering is simply who you are, are seen for what they always were: inherited. Not yours. Releasable.

Relationships that finally feel safe. Because when you understand where the pain truly came from, not just in you, but in the ones who shaped you, and in the ones who shaped them, you stop fighting your history. And you begin to live free of it.

And then comes the super destiny, the one that, in my experience, arrives quietly and changes absolutely everything:

You don't just heal yourself. You heal what came before you. And you change what comes after.

You become the turning point in your lineage. The one who finally said: this pattern ends with me. The one who chose, perhaps for the first time in generations, to live in full alignment with who they were always meant to be. Not despite their story. Because of it.

“There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in.”— Leonard Cohen

That is exactly how I found my path. Through the cracks. In search of health, wholeness, and a life I could genuinely love.

I found this work because I needed it, desperately. I practice it because I have lived it fully. And I share it because I know, with every cell in my body, that what transformed my life can transform yours too.

If you are here, I don't think it is by accident.
